Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Cookie Contest, 2014
Ingredients
12 oz. butter
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. peanut butter
2 eggs
3 1/3 C. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. Hershey Kisses
Directions
Mix butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy. Add salt and peanut butter. Add eggs, flour and baking soda. Using scoop size number 40 or a spoon, drop cookies onto sheets. Bake at 350° approximately 8-10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a Hershey Kiss in the center of each cookie once the cookie has somewhat cooled. Serve and enjoy!
