Opening Day Parade
Parade RouteThe annual Opening Day Parade will take place in Fair Park at noon and will incorporate popular elements of the downtown parade. Fairgoers can now enjoy Opening Day Parade during their visit to the fairgrounds, along with the daily Kroger Starlight Parade.

Briscoe Carpenter Livestock Center , United StatesWith agriculture as one of its founding cornerstones, the State Fair of Texas is proud to present livestock and agriculture-related shows and contests throughout the annual exposition. Fairgoers are encouraged to visit the livestock barns and judging areas, but please be careful - these are working areas with live animals.
