Ingredients
2 (12-oz.) pkgs. dark chocolate chips
1 (12-oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
1 tsp. peppermint extract
24 finely cracked peppermint candies
Directions
Prepare a cookie sheet with waxed paper. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt dark chocolate chips. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract. Pour onto waxed paper. Chill 1-2 hours or until firm. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt white chocolate chips. Stir in remaining 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract. Pour onto waxed paper. Top with cracked peppermint candies. Chill for 1-2 hours or until firm. Crack bark and serve.
