Celebrating our Lone Star State of mind with these Lone Star cookies! This recipe was entered in our 2015 Creative Arts Cooking contests by a youngster who placed first in the Youth Cooking competition. Though you can’t go wrong with any sugar cookie recipe, we have a feeling this one just might be the sweetest simply because of the name. Try out this recipe at home with your kiddos and let us know how they turn out or better yet, share the final product on social media by #BigTex or @StateFairofTX.
