COUPON PICKUP ISSUE INQUIRY

Pick-up policy for online purchases of food and midway coupons requires several rules and pieces of identification listed below.

• No PO Box billing addresses allowed for digital pick-up.
• No Corporate Credit Cards allowed for digital pick-up.
• PAH coupon vouchers must be presented by the original purchaser only.
• Original purchaser must present a valid state-issued photo ID & physical credit card used for purchase. No temporary IDs accepted.
• Name & address on ID and credit card information must match billing address on order.
• PAH coupon vouchers CAN NOT be transferred or gifted to another individual for use. i.e. cannot be purchased by a parent for pick-up by a child.
