BLT Deviled Eggs

2nd Place — Bacon and Egg

 

Ingredients:

6 boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise

4 slices bacon, diced and cooked crisp

Salt and pepper

¾ c. diced tomatoes

½ c. mayonnaise

Lettuce for garnish

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

¼ tsp Sassy Salt Spicy Seasoning

 

Directions:

Remove yolks from eggs. Lightly salt and pepper egg whites. Mix egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt seasoning together. Fold in bacon and tomatoes. Fill egg white with mixture and place on lettuce leaf.
