For more, find Fletcher’s Cheezy Pups at any of the seven Fletcher’s Corny Dog stands across fairgrounds. This snack features American cheese dipped in the Fletcher’s secret batter recipe.
If you’re looking for tasty vegan options, Trio on the Green is a must-try concessions location next to the Coliseum. This restaurant-style area serves up their signature Falafel Slider with avocado hummus that is both crispy and mouthwatering. For more handheld vegan food to enjoy, head on over to Sweet Connie’s Bar and Grill for a savory corn on the cob, just be sure to request no butter.
Popcorn and cotton candy are easy gluten-free go-to’s, and both are true Fair staples for your annual visit. If you’re looking for something heartier, A Taste of New Orleans’s booth inside the Tower Building offers red beans and rice and dirty rice. Also located in the Tower Building, Hast Texas Nachos has a variety of nachos available.
