State Fair Auto Show
This event is the largest new car auto show in the Southwest, showcasing approximately 400 of the latest models from the world’s leading manufacturers. Bring your family and check out the hottest new rides, while also enjoying fun interactive exhibits and live entertainment. Whether you’re a diehard car fanatic or you just like to look around at the latest new models, this show is the ultimate destination for all things auto. Open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Automobile and Centennial buildings, and in the Truck Zone.

Mother Goose
In partnership with the Dallas Public Library.
Mother Goose puts a unique spin on age-old nursery rhymes in this kid-friendly activity. Children enjoy their favorite tales through songs, storytelling, puppets and games. Shows at 12, 2, 4 and 5 p.m. at the Oak Farms Dairy Children’s Activity Center in Ag-Power Plaza.

Big Tex’s Farmyard
Presented by Farm Credit.
Old McDonald himself would be impressed by what’s happening over on Big Tex’s farm. With a brand new location this year, Big Tex’s Farmyard provides an educational experience through interactive exhibits as well as live animal displays, including calves, piglets and hatching chicks. Learn all about agriculture and its impact on the state of Texas, from the importance of farming and ranching to the process of raising and caring for animals. Open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. near the Kids’ Boardwalk.

Dr Pepper Stage
Presented by Dr Pepper.
On Nimitz Drive beside the Creative Arts building you will find the Dr Pepper Stage, offering an eclectic mix of musical talent and a quaint grassy area to relax with your friends and family. With several new additions to the 2015 lineup, the Dr Pepper Stage plays host to The Killdares, Chubby Carrier, Coffey Anderson and the Light Crust Dough Boys. Shows at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. across from the Pan-American Arena.

The ideal destination for shoppers, the Coliseum Market Place offers more than 60 exhibits featuring crafts, clothing, accessories, jewelry, food, health and beauty, home décor, household goods, pet products, tools and travel merchandise. Coliseum open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
