The State Fair of Texas is looking forward to hosting you during the 2025 All State Red River Rivalry. Below you’ll find general information about RV parking and detailed RV parking instructions.
ALL STATE RED RIVER RIVALRY RV PARKING INFORMATION
RV Parking Lot Open for Entry:
Thursday, October 9, 2025: Noon – 10 p.m.
Friday, October 10, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday, October 11, 8 a.m. – one (1) hour after kickoff
Sunday, October 12, All vehicles must exit by 11:00 a.m.
Flat Parking Rate:
Pricing includes taxes and fees.
$452 per RV – electrical space. Limited quantities. Maximum purchase of one (1) per household.
$352 per RV – non-electrical space
$127 per tow vehicle. Limit one (1) tow vehicle per RV.
Need to Know:
- General parking will not be available in the area reserved for RVs.
- Space is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Adjacent spaces may not be reserved.
- Credit Card payment is due at the gate upon entry unless you have pre-paid for your space before Labor Day. Cash not accepted.
- RV passes will be mailed after Labor Day via FedEx 2-day delivery. Adult signature required.
- Cashier hours for the All State Red River Rivalry are as follows: Gate 15: Thursday, Noon – 10 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Saturday, 8 a.m. until one hour after kickoff on game day. Cash not accepted.
- On-site RV parking sales are only available during the cashier hours listed. Space is subject to availability. Cash not accepted.
- 24-hour Security Provided in lot.
- Trams will be provided to State Fair gates from a designated tram stop beginning at Noon on Friday, October 10, until 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 12.
- Golf carts or small motorized vehicles may not be operated on any State Fair parking lot – including the area reserved for RVs.
- RV parking is for personal use only. Vehicles that are branded to promote commercial products will not be admitted.
- Fees are charged on each RV and accompanying tow vehicle – regardless of intent to use in/out pass for a tow vehicle.
- Limit one (1) tow vehicle per RV.
Parking Instructions
Gate 15 Address: 4880 Beeman Ave., Dallas, TX 75210
Early RV arrivals will enter Gate 15. Parking attendants and security will be on hand at Gate 15.
Tailgating is prohibited.
Tailgating is considered, but not limited to, large-scale cooking, service, entertainment, and/or seating of large groups outside of an individual RV and RV space. Some examples include but are not limited to, smokers, kegs, tents, large stockpots and propane burners, and any other items that would be stored and/or used outside of the RV. This is both for the safety and security of all in attendance.
Guests in your RV are allowed. Please limit attendance to the maximum number safely allowed inside the RV. Hospitality that can be accommodated within an individual RV is allowed; However, please be mindful and respectful of your neighbor.
Please note that the RV parking lot is not open to the public, so any guests joining you in the area would need to pay to park in the nearest parking lot, lot 15, and walk to the RV lot.
We hope you’ll join us for the best pre-game party inside the Fair. Multiple vendors will have TVs set up, and there will be ample food and beverages to purchase and enjoy.
