Welcome to our application process for new exhibitors
- Applications for new exhibitors are accepted until August 31, 2026.
- Be ready to provide good-quality pictures of your products and your booth. Applications without pictures will not be considered.
- Answer all questions in a one-time session. The average time to complete an application is 30 minutes.
- No application fee is required.

This application is not valid for food items (except pre-packaged foods), beverages, novelty items, midway booths, games, or rides.

The following items cannot be booked through this application:
- Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) units
- Massagers
- CBD, Hemp, or vaping products
- Hair styling devices (flat irons, curling irons, etc.)
- Skin care products and skin enhancement devices
- Teeth whitening products
- Psychic services, tarot card services
- Henna body art
- Tattoo services
- Face painting
- Political merchandise of any type
This list is subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of the State Fair of Texas.
Terms and Conditions:
COMMERCIAL EXHIBIT SPACE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. ALL DECISIONS IN THE SELECTION OF EXHIBITORS AND CONTRACTS FOR EXHIBIT SPACES SHALL BE AT THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE STATE FAIR OF TEXAS. THE STATE FAIR OF TEXAS SEEKS TO CONTRACT WITH BUSINESSES THAT DISPLAY UNIQUE AND INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES; HOWEVER, ALL APPLICATIONS WILL RECEIVE DUE CONSIDERATION.
- Exhibitor, at its sole cost and expense, must provide all carpet, decorations, signage, displays, furniture and fixtures for the exhibit. All signage must be approved in writing by the State Fair of Texas’ Exhibits Department.
- The 2026 State Fair of Texas will run from Friday, September 25, 2026 through Sunday, October 18, 2026.
- All exhibits must open at 10:00 A.M. each day during the 2026 Fair and remain open until 9:00 P.M.
- There is no complimentary exhibitor parking. Exhibitors must purchase parking passes if on-site parking is required.
- Exhibitors must purchase commercial general liability insurance coverage provided under a master policy for exhibitors at the 2026 Fair. Premiums for the insurance coverage will be collected by State Fair of Texas and remitted to the insurance carrier.
- Exhibitors must provide proof of either workers’ compensation insurance or occupational accident insurance coverage for all personnel working at the exhibit during the 2026 Fair. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- State Fair will not tolerate the sell of counterfeit products. Exhibitor must be a licensed or legally authorized vendor for any and all products it intends to sell.
