The State Fair of Texas offers a unique way for companies to provide discounted tickets for their valued employees.
The Corporate Program offers companies a link that can be provided to employees so they may purchase their own discounted admission tickets.

This great benefit for your employees and their families is FREE! Simply register your company for the Corporate Discount Program, and the Fair will send you a unique link and passcode to share with your team. Employees can then purchase their discounted admission tickets online and have them delivered straight to their inbox or phone!
Qualifications for companies to participate:
To be eligible for the Corporate Program, a company must:
- Have a registered LLC
- Provide a valid business address and email
- Have a minimum of 100 employees
Benefits of the Corporate Discount Program include:
- Open to any company that has a registered LLC and is comprised of 100 or more employees.
- Corporate Discount Program admission tickets are Premium Tickets, valid ANY DAY of the 2024 State Fair of Texas.
- Employees SAVE $7 on every admission ticket. Normal Premium Tickets valued at $24 + $1.50 ticket fee are discounted to $17 + $1.50 ticket fee.
- Quick and easy to register your company. Complete one short online form before September 15 to receive an email-friendly sharable link and unique individual company passcode, plus Big Tex-approved images and logos to create your own flyers to promote this benefit to your team.Please allow five to seven business days for requests to be processed.
- No need to re-register every year. If you have participated in the program in prior years, a new unique passcode will automatically be sent every year.
- Your unique link and passcode will be sent in late August/early September to the company contact listed on the signup form.
- 100% digital. Purchased admission tickets are delivered to the employees’ inboxes or directly to their mobile phones. All tickets purchased through this program also have a print-at-home option.
- Employees can add State Fair of Texas Food & Midway Coupons to their orders. (No discount offered on Food & Midway Coupons.)
