Cooking Contest: Blue Plate Special

Whether they’re sampling cookies, baking pizzas, or cranking ice cream, the competition is always hot in the State Fair of Texas Competition Kitchen. Each day of the Fair brings a new contest or cook-off to the Fair’s culinary stadium with prized ribbons on the line.
