Quail breast with a small sliver of unseeded jalapeno pepper wrapped in bacon, deep fried, served on a skewer with a cherry tomato on the end. Three breasts on each skewer served with a side of ranch dressing.

Popular Chefs prepare signature dishes, share tips and answer audience questions while also while giving audience members a chance to sample their culinary creations at the end of each demonstration.
