2nd Place– Speedy Dishes
The name says it all… Cheesy, Bacon, and Ranch… Wow! This is an easy to make and super quick side dish that you can take to any party!
Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. creamy Ranch dressing
- 2 c. grated Cheddar Jack cheese
- 3/4 c. cooked Applewood smoked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- Ritz crackers
Directions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and Ranch dressing with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add shredded cheese, bacon and green onions, mixing until combined. Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving. Serve with Ritz crackers.
