Sure the State Fair of Texas is the Fried Food Capital of Texas® and we just finished crowning the Big Tex Choice Awards winners. But the Fair is a celebration of all types of Texas food and wine. It is 24 days of Texas chefs, Texas wine and craft beer, and Texas-based food companies. When you come to the Fair this year, add one of these activities to your Fair Food checklist.
