Competitive Pay Rates
The State Fair of Texas strives to fairly compensate all our personnel; the hourly wage for a State Fair of Texas employee starts at $16 per hour.
Training and Leadership Roles
Job Training is provided, and leadership roles are available. We make sure you are comfortable doing your job with the proper training. We also help you understand the basics of leadership and go beyond that.
