2026 Media Request Form – Temporary Photographer Credentials

This professional photographer pass is a revocable license allowing access to the State Fair of Texas exposition (the “Fair”) under the terms and conditions of the professional photographer online release and waiver of liability. The State Fair of Texas (“SFT”) reserves the right to revoke this pass at any time and cancel all privileges connected therein. For security purposes, you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Fair, including, without limitation, metal detection. You agree to abide by all rules established by SFT, and a violation of these rules can be cause for forfeiture of your pass and removal from the premises. By using this pass and entering the Fair, you acknowledge and agree to the following: YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER ARISING OUT OF YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE FAIR, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH, LATENT OR APPARENT DEFECTS OR CONDITIONS OF THE FAIRGROUNDS OR ITS FACILITIES, ACTS OF OTHER PATRONS, OR LOSS OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE SFT AND ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF SUCH LOSSES, INJURIES, ILLNESS OR DEATH. You may not engage in protests, demonstrations, or promotional activities of any kind on the premises. You may not solicit donations or distribute literature, leaflets or promotional items anywhere on the premises. You hereby grant permission to SFT, its affiliates, and licensees, without compensation, to capture, film, video, photograph, publish, transmit, stream, display, reproduce, and otherwise use your image or likeness, captured while attending the Fair or on the fairgrounds with or without your knowledge. This professional photographer pass cannot be resold or otherwise used in any promotion, offered as a prize, reward, hospitality package or otherwise, without written permission from SFT. By checking this box, you acknowledge that if granted a photography credential, you agree to upload a minimum of 10–15 edited images within 72 hours of your Fair visit (unless using film requiring development). These submitted photos are for internal tracking purposes only and will not be used in any promotional materials without your explicit permission. Failure to meet this requirement may impact your eligibility for future credentials.
