What is the State Fair of Texas Midway?
The State Fair of Texas Midway is where you’ll find dozens of rides, games, and classic Fair fun for all ages. From iconic attractions like the 212-foot Texas Star® Ferris wheel to thrilling rides, Midway games, and the Kidway for younger fairgoers, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Is there a ride wristband?
No. The State Fair of Texas does not offer an unlimited ride wristband. The Midway is made up of independently operated small businesses that set their own ride and game prices. Midway rides and games are paid for individually using Food & Midway Coupons.
Are there height requirements for Midway rides?
Yes. Height requirements vary by ride and are established for the safety of all riders. Requirements are posted at each ride on the Midway. Some rides may also have additional restrictions or require younger riders to be accompanied by an adult.
Are there discounts on Midway rides and games?
