Your Fair day goes beyond the fun you experience on the fairgrounds. As a nonprofit organization, the State Fair of Texas’ annual 24-day event serves as its largest fundraiser, helping generate the resources that support the organization’s mission and year-round work.
When you visit the Fair, you help support initiatives such as scholarships, agricultural education and youth programs, community partnerships, and the preservation and improvement of historic Fair Park. Simply put, enjoying a day at the Fair helps the State Fair of Texas continue giving back long after the gates close each October.
