Corn, carrots, peas, and shrimp are mixed with flour and pepper. Shaped to form fried shrimp fritters which are deep fried to a golden brown. Golden Brown Shrimp Fritters are served on a bed of seasonal fries and served with black pepper & vinegar sauce and located at La-Kam’s Bar & Grill.
