New Foods: Blackened Shrimp Baked Potato and Fried Cajun Crisp

Blackened Shrimp Baked Potato
Seasoned Blackened Shrimp with a hint of Spice resting on a hot baked potato. Drizzled with butter and topped with cheese then sprinkled with parsley.
Fried Cajun Crisp are deep fried crispy puffs sprinkled with Cajun seasoning right out of the fryer over at Stuffed Wings!

Wine Garden

Exclusively offering wines crafted in the Lone Star State, the State Fair of Texas Wine Garden features three different wineries each day and offers guests the choice of buying a small taste, a glass or a bottle. Centered around a massive oak tree, this venue serves as a scenic destination for fairgoers. On weekends, visitors can experience the musical talents of local jazz and blues bands, and chat with winemakers sharing their expertise on refining the palate. Today’s Texas wineries include:

  • Blessed Bee Winery
  • Naca Valley Vineyard
  • Silver Dollar Winery


Celebrity Chef

Popular Chefs prepare signature dishes, share tips and answer audience questions while also while giving audience members a chance to sample their culinary creations at the end of each demonstration. To finish up the Cutco Celebrity Chefs, David Hollister from the famous Gas Monkey Dallas will be with us. Hear from Hollister along with these talented chefs:
