VEGAN VIBRATIONZ:
Last year, Vegan Vibrationz became the first vegan concessionaire at the State Fair of Texas. While they’re famously recognized for their vegan take on fast food classics, this year they’ll be debuting a new item on their menu: Smoked BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich. In addition to their new treat, see below for few other things you can find on their menu here at the Fair:

Big Tex Business Masterclass graduate! DJ, owner of Thee Kitchen Beast, prides themselves on creating dishes that are suitable for a vegetarian diet! With their deliciously fried veggies accompanied by a sweet and spicy glaze, each Fairgoer is sure to find a dish to their liking!
