Ingredients
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Ranch dressing
1 1/2 c. buffalo hot sauce
3 c. diced, cooked chicken breast
Melt cream cheese in medium saucepan on medium heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Mix in Ranch dressing and hot sauce to taste. Allow to heat through; continue stirring until Ranch and hot sauce are mixed and sauce is a consistent color. Stir in chicken and serve.
Serve with tortilla chips, sweet breads, pretzels or on hamburgers, hot dogs or pizza!
Tip: If using home-cooked chicken breasts, do not season as you cook them. Drain all butter or oil from chicken, pat dry and dice into small chunks. If using canned chicken, drain and cut into smaller chunks. If you do not thoroughly drain chicken or pat dry, you will get a greasy film on top of your dip.
