Deep Fried Clam Chowda is 3 clam chowder nuggets double breaded (with panko and jalapeno bread crumbs) and then fried to a golden brown. Garnished with a lemon slice, chopped parsley, and fried clam pieces served with spicy ranch dipping sauce. Head on over to the Texas Icehouse and get you a cold one to go along with this delicious bite to eat!

Popular Chefs prepare signature dishes, share tips and answer audience questions while also while giving audience members a chance to sample their culinary creations at the end of each demonstration.
