Auction Thank-You Information

A quality thank you note meets the following requirements:
• Must be written by the youth exhibitor
• Contains an adequate message (at least 2-3 sentences) expressing gratitude and describing their experience at the SFT
• Materials used should be a form of a greeting card, postcard, or specialty card

Photos are not required but are welcomed and appreciated by buyers.

Thank you notes deemed unacceptable by SFT Management will be returned and require a re-do. Some examples of unacceptable notes include:
• Notebook paper and copy paper will not be accepted
• Illegible or inappropriate sentiments will not be accepted

All thank you notes must be submitted to the Livestock Office no later than December 1.

DO NOT MAIL THANK YOU NOTES DIRECTLY TO BUYERS.

Check Information:

Checks are valid 90 days from the issue date and will be mailed to CEA/AST once all thank you notes have been received.

*If an animal was drug tested, the exhibitor’s check will be mailed directly to their residence. No replacement checks will be reissued after 90 days from the original issue date.
