2026 Media Request Form – Radio Remote Credentials

Howdy! Thank you for your interest in broadcasting from the State Fair of Texas. As a nonprofit organization, your coverage helps promote our largest fundraiser of the year and supports our ability to give back to Fair Park and the South Dallas community year-round.

Radio remote credentials are available for stations planning to broadcast live from the State Fair of Texas. Please include your requested broadcast dates, times, and activation details as part of your application. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee radio remote credentials. All applicants will receive an email in early September notifying them of their approval or denial.

If you have any questions, please contact the Public Relations Team at PR@BigTex.com. Thank you again for your support of the State Fair of Texas!

Absolutely no equipment or remote materials is permitted to be left on the fairgrounds overnight, and the radio station takes full responsibility for its own property. Fair officials reserve the right to ask for the radio station to lower its volume while on the fairgrounds at any time.
