DESCRIPTION:Known to fairgoers as the ultimate food destination for all things Texan\, the GO TEXAN Pavilion is a daily showcase of Lone Star cuisine. Provided by the Texas Department of Agriculture\, the GO TEXAN Pavilion offers 25\,000 square feet of space which houses dozens of exhibitors on a daily basis. Features include a range of exhibitors such as Texas honey and live bees\, Texas toffee sampling\, Kitchen Craft cooking demos\, indoor garden displays\, interactive agriculture shows\, shopping at the Pioneer Brand GO TEXAN Store\, Texas forestry games and crafts\, live music and dancing on the Gazebo Stage and much\, much more!

The Mundo Latino Stage features daily performances from local and regional groups\, including musicians\, dancers\, and a variety of artists. DESCRIPTION:A perfect spot to stop for a little rest and relaxation\, Texas Discovery Gardens offers entertainment the whole family will enjoy! Local organic gardens can be found outside\, while the indoor section features a tropical butterfly house with hundreds of free-flying exotic butterflies. The “Snakesss of Texasss!” exhibit returns again\, including native reptiles of all shapes and sizes. Daily events include butterfly releases at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.\, along with monarch tagging demos at 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Snake feeding talks are held on Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. Open daily 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission charged.
