Chefs prepare a signature dish\, share tips and answer audience questions\, also giving audience members a chance to sample their culinary creations at the end of each demonstration. With four to five demonstrations from different chefs every day\, fairgoers get to explore the diverse culinary establishments available in our local landscape.
