Enjoy working with your hands? Do you consider yourself a shutterbug? Artists and crafters of all ages are encouraged to participate in the State Fair’s pre-fair competitions. Pre-fair competitions require entrants to register and submit pieces of art, craftsmanship, collections and canned goods before the State Fair begins.
