Year after year, fairgoers young and old enjoy the sights and sounds of the Starlight Parade. The nightly procession of more than 15 floats showcases scenes from the State Fair and Texas. The parade includes two historic State Fair parade wagons, stilt walkers, children’s characters, beauty queens, and the Hella Shriner Driector’s Staff Band playing classic hits.

The parade begins near the Children’s Aquarium, winds down Big & Bright Boulevard, turns right on Grand Avenue passing Big Tex, continues onto International Boulevard, and makes a final right turn onto Nimitz Drive.
