2017 Consignment Agreement - E-Consignment/Dedicated Sales Channel

    1. State Fair of Texas agrees to provide Consignee with a secure web page that will allow Consignee’s organization to purchase admission tickets at the above pricing. Consignee will not email or send the State Fair of Texas URL link outside of Consignee's internal employee base.
    2. If the re-sale of online tickets occurs outside the intended use of this agreement or if Consignee misrepresents the State Fair of Texas, Consignee will be in breach of this agreement and the online discount ticket program will be terminated.
    3. Consignee is hereby appointed solely for the purpose of ticket sales and shall have no power or authority to act for or bind State Fair of Texas in any manner or capacity whatsoever, other than for the sale of tickets subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement and the language printed on the tickets.
    4. Consignee will promote the State Fair of Texas discount admission program on its company’s intranet. In addition, Consignee will support the State Fair of Texas discount admission program by distributing to its employees digital and/or hard copy promotional materials provided by State Fair of Texas.
    5. Name and Title of person responsible for handling the consignment program must be listed below.
    6. Consignee agrees that in the selling and distribution of State Fair of Texas tickets, Consignee will not discriminate against any customer or patron, on the basis of race, sex, color, age, disability, religion, national or ethnic origin, or veteran status.
    7. This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Texas and exclusive venue shall be in Dallas County for any disputes arising therefrom.
  • By agreeing to the terms and obligations of this agreement, and warrant that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement, bind their respective organizations and perform their respective obligations hereunder. This agreement becomes effective only when received and countersigned by State Fair of Texas, whereupon it shall become a binding agreement between the parties.
