MOVE-IN INFORMATION

You can begin your move-in anytime starting with the date shown for your area.  Should you desire to move-in at an earlier date, please contact the Exhibits Department for permission.  Hours of early move-in construction must comply with State Fair office hours.  You are required to have your booth ready for the public by 9:00 a.m., Friday, September 26.

 CENTENNIAL, EMBARCADERO, & GRAND PLACE

Monday, September 22, through Thursday, September 25, hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

On Friday, September 26, booth must be ready for public by 9:00 a.m.

CRAFTS PAVILION & GATEWAY PLAZA PAVILION     

Wednesday (September 24) and  Thursday (September 25) hours: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

On Friday, September 26, booth must be ready for public by 9:00 a.m.

COLISEUM MARKET PLACE

Tuesday, September 23, through Thursday, September 25, hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On Friday, September 26, booth must be ready for public by 9:00 a.m.

 NIMITZ  DRIVE

Thursday, September 25.  Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
