3rd place–Speedy Dishes
Cream corn is always a great side dish to add! This recipe is easy to make and will leave your family wanting more!
- 1 (16oz.) Package frozen corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon sugar- optional
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- Black pepper, to taste
Mix everything together and pour in slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
